For observed national holidays, orders will ship on the next business day. Due to high order volume during holidays, please expect a processing delay for Fedex ground orders of 2-5 business days.

Your Fedex ground orders placed before 1:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out within 2-4 business days. Please note that “Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST, your package will not be processed until Tuesday, the next business day.

Your Fedex Overnight and 2-Day orders placed before 1:00 pm PST will generally be shipped out the following business day. Please note that “Order Date" and "Ship Date" are not the same. For example, if you place an order on Friday at 11:00pm PST, your package will not be processed until Monday, the next business day.

Shipping times can vary based on shipping method chosen and delivery location.

Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. 

Any order that amounts to $1,200 or more will require an adult signature upon delivery.
